ActionTec Modem Setup,
For Qwest DSL.
Newer Firmware.

Start by opening up your web browser. Clear out the address bar and type in the following IP address. 192.168.0.1 and hit the Enter key.

You should see the "General Status"page above,
Next click on "Quick Setup" tab.

Then click on "Next" button.

Select the No radio button. Then, select Next.

Put a dot in for "PPPoA".
Type in at "PPP User Name"Your user name (username@pcez.com)
This is the same as you email address.
At "PPP Password", type in your password that is provided by PCEZ.COM.
Then scroll down the page....

Confirm the default values (for dynamic) are selected.
Then, select the Apply button to save your settings.

After this is done you should probably reboot your computers.
